By combining expertise, product portfolios, and services from across the Freudenberg Group, Freudenberg Aftermarket will create a stronger platform for customers, distributors, and partners. The new Business Group will leverage decades of original equipment expertise while expanding access to a comprehensive aftermarket offering designed to support vehicle reliability, longevity, and performance. These elements build on Freudenberg's stated intent to bring together expertise, product portfolios, services, and OE heritage.
Customers will benefit from:
- Easier access to a broader portfolio of aftermarket solutions
- Enhanced product coverage and availability
- Faster introduction of new products and technologies
- Stronger technical support and aftermarket expertise
- Expanded digital capabilities and a more seamless customer experience worldwide
The creation of Freudenberg Aftermarket reflects Freudenberg long-term commitment to the automotive aftermarket and its ambition to become an even stronger partner for customers globally. By bringing capabilities together under one umbrella, Freudenberg aims to make its solutions more accessible while strengthening its ability to respond to evolving customer needs and market opportunities. This builds on the company's announced objective to expand portfolio, market coverage, accessibility, and long-term growth in the aftermarket.
"Customers increasingly expect a partner that can offer a broad portfolio, deep technical expertise, and reliable service across markets," said Claus Moehlenkamp, CEO of the Freudenberg Group." With Freudenberg Aftermarket, we are combining the strength of our original equipment heritage with a more integrated market approach. This will enable us to provide customers with easier access to solutions, expanded product offerings, and enhanced support while continuing to build on the quality and innovation that Freudenberg is known for."
The new Business Group will be led by Felix Schindele (CEO), Manuel Mares (CFO), and Bryon Osterland (COO).
