The Top Employer Institute assesses, certifies and honors companies worldwide for outstanding leadership and strategy. In 2017, Freudenberg & Co. received the Top Employer Award for the fifth time in succession.
Several stages are involved in the process leading to certification. The process takes into account the employer‘s financial and non-financial performance; looks at measures to help employees achieve a work-life balance; assesses opportunities for training and career development, and considers the corporate culture.
Freudenberg is one of the top 100 most popular employers among German young professionals. This is the result of an up-to-date study undertaken by the Berlin trendence Institut in cooperation with the business magazine Bilanz.
As a member of the Fair Company initiative, building respectful and responsible relationships with our interns is entirely natural to us. At Freudenberg, internships are solely intended to serve vocational orientation purposes during your training. We do not believe in job creation schemes. Instead, we develop our interns in accordance with our principles, strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of our younger colleagues.
