6,000 Employees = 6,000 Trees. To moderate the rapid course of global warming, attributed to the increasing emission of greenhouse gases, it is necessary to bind the accumulated CO2. This can be done, for example by planting trees. And so at the beginning of the year, this is how the idea was born of how EagleBurgmann
would plant one tree per employee worldwide. But how to plant 6,000 trees worldwide? There are two possibilities: Within the scope of a joint project, employees can plant trees at one location. It is irrelevant whether the trees are planted on location or in an area restored to nature in collaboration with forestry offices, authorities, etc. The second possibility to participate in the campaign is by way of donation. This is particularly true for locations in the EagleBurgmann group where trees cannot be planted due to the situation and the climatic conditions.
