Highlights

1) The figures include all companies in which Freudenberg & Co. owns 50 % or more of the capital. Shareholdings of 50 % are consolidated to half the amount, shareholdings over 50 % in full.
2) With effect from 2005, consolidated profit includes profit attributable to minority interests. Prior-year figures have been restated accordingly.
3) With effect from 2005, equity includes the shares of third parties outside the Freudenberg Group pursuant to IAS 1. Prior-year figures have been restated accordingly.
